Try before you pay
Use the free trial, when one is on offer, and the Try it page to check Trip Verdict suits you before you pay.
Within 7 days
If the app does not work on your phone, or you are not happy with a pass, ask for a refund within 7 days of paying and we will refund that payment in full.
After 7 days
Passes already used are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise or where the app has been unavailable for a long period. In that case we will extend your pass or refund the unused days.
How to ask
Message us on the Support page with the email on your account. Refunds go back to the payment method you used through PayFast, and can take a few days to show.
Your legal rights
Nothing here takes away any right you have under South African law.
